In a time when the studio has had to close, open and close again it has certainly been a challenging time for full time photographers amongst other businesses out there.

I organise more photography events than most out there and will continue to do so. At a time where i’m closed and only able to offer online tuition and downloads i’ve decided to sell £100 worth of Lightlove credit for £80 (usable within 12 months ) .

The credit can be used against

• Presets and bundles that I sell.

• camera lens calibration and dry sensor cleaning.

The website is not currently up to date with the latest Tier 4 restriction newly in place but will be fully updated for Thursday 7th January with new events being added and some current events rescheduled.

Learn Manual - Photography 4x weeks Virtual.

here is a inspirational course where I talk about some of my work and where my photography has come from. Some of the jobs i’ve managed to get. This online course will suit beginners as well as photographer looking for some inspiration.

• Are you using your camera in Manual - if No then this is a definite .

• Shutter speed , aperture and ISO explained (which I use first and why.

• Are you confident with white balance and taking a custom white balance reading.

• I’ll be talking about the pro’s and cons of using Automatic settings, Shutter and aperture priority.

• talking and showing the difference in using Raw files v Jpegs.

• types of memory cards to look for and avoid.

• Composition.

• I’ll be including a light painting lesson.

• Homework for that would like to try something.

• Lenses and Kit lenses - PRO’s and cons.

• How to check if your sensors are dirty.

For everyone that joins the course you will be given the free goodies below.

All this starts online on Wednesday evening 7pm 27th January 7pm then every Wednesday for a further 3 weeks at 7pm . Each session will last approximately 40 mins.

You would need to have a Facebook account to join the lessons. If you miss a lesson or would simply like to rewatch any lesson then they will be saved to the group where you will be added once payment for the course has been paid.

(All lesson will be deleted 1 x month after the course has finished but you will stay in the group for as long as you wish and every time I hold this course for new customers then your welcome to watch again and again . It will be slightly different every time with updated and new inspirational photos).

3x hour session includes myself, studio and model. I’ll teach you the magmod and coloured lighting system. We will have a very good model present. £160 . This can be booked at a suitable time for you

hire cost includes all lighting and backgrounds.

£25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Light Mentor Sessions

Hi All are you that photographer that enters competitions, maybe you’re part of a photography society/club. Are you looking for a better understanding of light and improving your portfolio. These sessions will be for you. They will cost £100each Max 3 photographers (£400 for 5 sessions when paid upfront) and will run on Select Saturdays and Sundays throughout 2021. First one will be in April so click on the events diary for more info. No session will be the same and all of them will include 2 models worthy of anyones portfolio.
